The Foxwood at Panther Ridge Board of Directors has commissioned a comprehensive Reserve Study as part of its commitment to proactive planning, responsible stewardship of Association-owned assets, and transparent communication with homeowners.
A Reserve Study is an independent evaluation that assesses the condition of the Association’s major common assets, estimates their remaining useful life, projects future replacement costs, and provides professional recommendations to support informed long-term financial planning.
The study will help the Board responsibly plan for the future maintenance and replacement of Association-owned assets while supporting sound budgeting and decision-making for the benefit of the community.

What Residents Can Expect Not to Happen
The Reserve Study does not include:
● Entry into private homes
● Inspection of privately owned property or improvements
● Destructive testing or excavation
● Any action required by homeowners
● Disruption to normal neighborhood activities
